After this, we transition into the humming bee's breath, a potent technique that opens up your veins and blood vessels for the clear passage of oxygenated blood. Feel the soothing vibrations on your lips and cheeks as you hum, akin to a gentle massage. The episode concludes with a moment of gratitude, a reminder that you are here because you chose to show up for yourself. So, release your tensions, open your heart, and immerse yourself in this experience, emerging renewed, centered, and filled with peace.

Welcome to today's breath work meditation. Sit comfortably, sit up nice and tall, lengthen through the crown of your head. Today we're going to do alternate nostril breathing and humming bee's breath. Let's start off with a big, cleansing inhale through the nose and audible exhale through the mouth. Go ahead and close your eyes. One more big, deep inhale through the nose, exhale audibly through the mouth. And now let's use our right hand and you're going to use your three fingers your thumb, your right pointer finger and your right middle finger. And now place your right pointer finger in between your eyebrows at the point of your third eye. And now let's do one cleansing breath in through the nose and out through the nose. And now, using your thumb to block your right nostril, let's breathe in through the nose. And now let's Inhale through the left nostril. Hold it at the top Switch, so your middle finger is covering your left nostril, and exhale out of your right nostril.

Inhale through the right side. Inhale through your left knee. Inhale through the right. Inhale through the left. Inhale through the fireside. Inhale through the right, through the right. Inhale through the right Block and hold. Exhale through the left. Inhale through the left. Hold it at the top Switch. Exhale through the right Inhale through the right, inhale through the right Inhale through the right. Hold it at the top. Switch. Exhale out the left Inhale through the left Hold. Exhale through the right, inhale through the right. Exhale through the right Inhale through the right Hold. Switch, exhale through the left.

Lunden Souza:

Stay with this alternate nostril breathing, switching at the inhale, for another minute For another minute For another minute, awakening your mind, oxygenating your body, bringing your body, mind, spirit, soul, all of it back to center, to our parasympathetic Rest Digest and recover state. Stay with your breath, finish up your last round of alternate nostril breathing, release your hand and come back to your normal breathing patterns. Allow any thoughts, any to-dos, any to-do, any to-do, any to-do, any to-do, any to-do. Allow any thoughts, any to-dos, any thing that you do not want here. Now, allow it to simply pass.

Lunden Souza:

And now we're going to go into the humming bee's breath. So you're going to inhale deeply through the nose, slowly and deeply through the nose, and then exhale through the nose with a hum. Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose, exhaling through the nose with that hum, enjoying the vibration on your lips, on your cheeks. Hummingbee's breath is so powerful for our heart, for feelings of anger and angst, and it's a powerful type of breath work to help with nitric oxide production, which means it's going to open up our pathways of our veins, of our blood vessels, even more, allowing for clear passage of oxygenated blood to and from our heart. Stay with this breath, enjoy the vibration like a massage. Stay with Hummingbee's breath for another minute. Hummingbee's breath is so powerful that it can open up our veins.

Hummingbee's breath is so powerful that it can open up our veins and finish your last hummingbee's breath, exhale and come back to your normal breathing. Bring both hands over your heart for a moment of gratitude For today, this moment, and for you Showing up to take care of you, to love on you, to regulate your nervous system, thank you. And when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
