The conscious, connected breathwork has a job to do—move through your emotions and release what doesn't serve you anymore. It might be uncomfortable, but the power lies in staying connected with your breath, embracing the discomfort, and letting limiting beliefs drift away. If you're ready to feel enriched and more in tune with your body, lay back, close your eyes, and take the first deep breath of your transformative journey.

Welcome to today's breathwork meditation session. Today we're going to do some conscious, connected breathwork and I want to invite you to use an eye mask or something to cover your eyes and I want to invite you to lay down for today's breathwork session.

Lunden Souza:

Or, if you're in your car, you can recline your seat and lean back, get comfortable and start to connect with your breath, start to notice your inhales and your exhales and start to bring your intention to your awareness, this conscious, connected breath is so powerful and it can really move stuck feelings, emotions, and so, with your permission, allow your breath to come into today's breathwork session with a job to do with some stuckness, to move in a way only you can move for you and any thoughts, any to-dos, anything that doesn't belong here in this moment. Allow it to simply go. Today our breath has work to do and this is your work, and so I invite you to find this normal, relaxed breathing that you're experiencing now. I invite you to come back to this anytime you need. Now let's invite the conscious, connected breath. We're gonna inhale deeply through our nose and exhale completely through our nose, with no pause at the top of the inhale or the bottom of the exhale. Fill up the belly, fill up the chest with your inhales and completely release on those exhales.

Lunden Souza:

Stay with your breath. You got this. Welcome any feelings, any sensations, any resistance. Welcome them as an invitation to keep working with your breath. Keep moving through despite the discomfort, despite the resistance. Breathe through it, stay with it. Allow any limiting beliefs, any limiting thoughts, anything that does not belong here now. Allow it to simply drift away and continue to connect with your breath Deep inhales through the nose, exhaling through the nose, with no pause between the inhale and the exhale. Remember, you can come back to your normal breath at any time and you're invited to stay with this conscious, connected breathwork. Today, our breath has the power to move through what we sometimes don't think we can. You gotta stay with your breath. Stay with your conscious, connected breath for 30 more seconds, allowing that breath to go exactly where it needs to go and allowing it to release exactly what it needs to release. Stay with your breath. You're almost there and now finish your last exhale. Let it all out and come back to a relaxed breath and just enjoy this feeling. Stay with your breath.

And now you can start to wiggle your toes, wiggle your fingers, come back to your body and when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
