Speaker 1:

Welcome to today's breathwork meditation. Today we're going to work on some deep belly breathing. You can sit comfortably, you can lean back in your car. You're going to recline, you can even lay down. You can unbutton your pant button if you need to. Whatever is going to allow more oxygen into your belly space. Find your comfortable spot and close your eyes.

Speaker 1:

Connect with your breath, your natural rhythm and flow of your breath, and now think of an intention you want to bring to today's breathwork meditation. Whatever you choose is perfect. Maybe it's a word, maybe it's a feeling. Connect with that now. And if there are any thoughts or to-dos or to-dos coming to your mind that don't belong here now, just simply let them pass, let them dissolve, let them float away. And now, wherever you are, whatever comfortable position you find yourself in, bring both hands to your belly and start to focus your inhales and your exhales through your nose. Start to focus on filling up your belly. Push out your belly on your inhales and let your belly drop on your exhales. Nice and slow, deep breaths in through your nose, filling up your belly, exhale, let it fall, let your belly drop, breathing into your belly this space of courage, of confidence, of your gut instinct and your intuition. Breathe into your belly to nurture those qualities Courageous, competent intuition. Expand your belly on those inhales and let it all out on your exhales.

Speaker 1:

Breathe in, breathe out breathe out, breathe out, breathe out, filling up your belly, not sucking it in, not holding it tight. No need to suck it in. Create space for your internal organs. Every inhale expansive Open up and every exhale release. Release that need for control, release that need for validation, release that need for things outside of you to change in order for you to feel a certain type of way.

Speaker 1:

Inhale possibility, inhale opportunity, inhale love and exhale love. Allow your rib cage to expand side to side, front to back Every inhale and allow what no longer serves you and the gifts you want to leave the world. Allow those to come out on your exhale, breathing deep into your belly, remembering that you hold the power you always did. Just now, noticing it, aren't? You? Stay with your breath, that expansive, deep belly, diaphragmatic breathing, allowing this to be a reminder, not only to expand our bellies, but to expand our opportunities, expand our impact. Stay with your deep belly breath for 10 more seconds. One more breath in and let it out. Open your mouth if you want to Let it all out. Come back to a normal breathing pattern for you. You are expansive, you are full of limitless opportunities, you are beautiful and you always have your breath Always Ready. Smile and open your eyes.
