It absolutely could not be morning when you're listening to this, but I'm recording this episode in the morning. We're going to do hummingbees breath together. I've been posting a lot more breathwork episodes here on the podcast and you guys have been loving them. The download numbers have been showing that. So I'm going to show you another breathwork technique that I just think is so amazing. Breathwork is so phenomenal, you guys, because you can access it anytime anywhere, no matter what those anytime anywhere tools to come back into our body, to regulate our nervous system, to just come back to center, come back to balance. I especially love hummingbees breath because it feels like a nice little massage on your face and it actually is stimulating your vagus nerve tapping into that parasympathetic rest and digest switch, let's say within our nervous system. So we're going to do hummingbees breath together today. Really great for blood pressure, really awesome for headaches, migraines, anything like that. It stimulates nitric oxide production in our body, so this is why I also take my favorite supplements the beets. I love taking beets because it vasodilates, so it opens up our blood vessels even more, allowing for more efficient passage of blood, oxygen-rich blood from this breath work. Today it's going to be great to reduce stress, improve concentration so awesome. So I love humming bees breath and we're going to do it together today
Lunden Souza:So, humming bees breath, you're going to inhale through the nose and exhale through the nose. But when we exhale we're going to hum. So big, inhale through the nose, exhale through the nose quickly to clear the runway. So we're going to do a big inhale, let it out. And then we are going to inhale through the nose, exhale through the nose, with a hum this time.
Lunden Souza:So inhale, close your eyes, exhale, hum, and that's humming bee's breath. Keep going, inhale through the nose, hum it out, and when you do this, relax your jaw, relax your face, relax your chest, relax your shoulders. Inhale through the nose, exhale, hum, hmm. And now, wherever you are, we're going to do this for a few rounds together, whether you're listening to this on the podcast or I actually happen to be going live on Instagram now as well, sharing this breathwork technique. So we're going to do this together for a couple minutes, okay, and just close your eyes. Get lost in this breathing technique. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your nose with a hum, fill up the belly, fill up the chest on those inhales, inhales.

You can keep your eyes closed and then just enjoy the little after effect of all the vibrations from the humming Feels so good within our brain and body and then, when you're ready, you can open your eyes.
